Namosi Eco Retreat operates a busy annual schedule of corporate retreats, workshops, weddings, family reunions.
The venue has a large Valenikana (dining hall) to host weddings, workshops and other larger events, plus 10 bures that cater to 40 people (up to 50 children). The venue uses solar powered generator - though being an "unplugged" venue we encourage natural approaches.

There are many activities available at the retreat, which are adjusted for corporate team-building activities including mini-Olympics, touch rugby, traditional cooking lessons, harvest and cook from the fields sessions, group hikes, upstream swimming competitions, bili bili raft making and racing, and more.
What to expect when you book your teambuilding:
- Custom designed Group Itinerary and Menu tailor-made for your group, prior to arrival and in consultation with the teambuildingmembers
- ‘Valenikana’ multi-purpose catering is arranged by the retreat (mix of traditional and modern Fijian foods – and additional Western foods on request)
- On request: Whilst most workshops prefer the tranquility and calm of remaining "unplaugged" we can, upon request, hire a generator or other audio-visual equipment for Powerpoint and workshop speakers (microphone, audio system, overhead projector, etc can be arranged as required (solar powered or via small generator, depending on requirements)
Weddings, Family Reunions, Yoga Retreats
Have your wedding with up to 80 people at the Namosi Eco Retreat, or enjoy a small and intimate reception and honeymoon venue. Similarly, the venue is ideal for family reunions, group getaways and retreats – yogis can practice in the river-side venue overlooking the mountainous valley.
The largest wedding held at the retreat was 250 people with a wide mix of guests attending from Suva, Nadi, Pacific Islands, Australia, Europe and Navunikabi – the local village! (Noting an additional Valenikana was built for FJ$2000 for the even.) - About 30 close family and friends stayed several nights at the retreat, enjoying their reunion, but the majority of guests drove the 2 hours from Suva for the lunch-time wedding then returned in the afternoon (an easy daytrip). The wedding had a full-service bar for wine and beer; separate kava session; full catering for all guests with a mix of Fijian and Australian foods; premium-made tailored wedding cake; disco with DJ and also live band; and more.
What to expect when you book your wedding:

- Handmade on-site change-room for bride (bure)
- Catering can be arranged by the retreat in collaboration with the local village (mix of traditional and modern Fijian foods)
- DJ, band and/or local choir available on request, with large audio system (solar powered)
- Ice boxes to keep alcohol and other drinks cool (on request)
Just 2 hours from Suva is a great location to have your seminar or workshop; ideal for small groups of 20 per workshop with all facilities provided on-site (catering, accommodation, basic audio-visual equipment on request). In addition to workshop sessions, you can also combine practical agri-tourism, agriculture or other activities – even teambuilding fun activities if you want.
